Common questions about Hero's private GP pricing

How does concurrent pricing work?

Concurrent pricing is based on the maximum number of users that can be logged into the Hero platform at any point in time.

Where as our individual licensing grants every individual full-time 24/7 access to the platform, concurrent pricing allows you to give an unlimited number of individuals access to the platform but restricts the number of users that can be logged in at any one point in time. This is ideal for part-time workforces, where you might have a maximum of 5 clinicians or staff members working on any one day, but a workforce of different individuals 20 working across a week. In this scenario, 5 concurrent seats would give up to 5 users access at any one point in time.

Can I get a trial of the Hero platform?

How much does invoicing and payment cost?

Invoicing and payments are charged at 0.75%+VAT per invoice issued.

Our charge is 0.75%+VAT per invoice issue through Stripe. Stripe then charges fees for payment collection. Stripe fees will vary based on the patient payment method. Fees are available on their website.

How much does electronic private prescribing cost?

To send private prescriptions you will require a Signature Rx account. Hero does not charge any additional fees of its own for private prescribing.

Signature Rx charge a fee per prescription issued. This fee is comparable to the cost of a first-class postage stamp. For further information visit their website.
