Steps to Cancel a Booked GP Connect Appointment
1. Open your Appointment Book and select GP Connect Patient Appointments to find the patient’s future bookings.
- Enter the Patient details and set the date range if needed.
- Click Search appointments.
2. Highlight the appointment you wish to cancel, then right-click and select Cancel Appointment.
3. Enter a short description or reason in the Cancel Appointment screen.
4. Click Cancel appointment to confirm, or Keep appointment if you change your mind. You’ll see a confirmation that the appointment was cancelled.
Cancelling unused slots makes them available for new bookings and saves valuable time for both staff and patients.
