Check your session settings and filters
If you can’t find any GP Connect appointments, start by confirming that:
- You’re logged in with a valid smartcard and have GP Connect enabled.
- You’ve set the correct date range. Most GP Connect searches default to 2 days, and searching further than 14 days may not be supported.
- Your session filters aren’t blocking available slots. For example, if a filter has reserved or limited slots for certain organisation groups, you may see no results if those slots are filled or unavailable to you.
- You haven’t set a time filter or consecutive slot requirement that excludes all remaining options.
Confirm GP Connect configuration
Make sure your organisation’s ODS code and Spine connectivity are set up. Check if your patient records are synchronised with Spine. If your system is missing any of these prerequisites, GP Connect appointments won’t display.
