Accessing Configuration Settings
Begin by accessing the Workflow Manager Configuration screen. Navigate as follows:
- Click the EMIS Web menu button.
- Select Workflow Manager.
- In the navigation pane, choose Document Management, then click Configuration.
Configuring Default Task Settings for Awaiting Coding
In the Task Default Settings pane of the Workflow Manager Configuration screen:
- Select Awaiting Coding and then click Edit.
- Under Due Date, choose your desired due date settings: Today or Today + X days/weeks/months.
- In the Send To section, select Usual GP or specify a user/team. Use the search icon to find the necessary recipient.
- Set the task Priority by selecting Routine or Urgent from the dropdown menu.
- Click OK to apply these settings.
