In EMIS Web, you can easily manage notes attached to test requests. Here's how you can add or remove notes efficiently:
Adding Notes
To add a note to a specific test request, follow these steps:
- Access the Test Requests by navigating through the EMIS Web menu to Workflow Manager and selecting Test Requests.
- Choose the test request to which you wish to add a note from the display.
- Click on the Add Note option available on the ribbon.
- Input the text of the note and click Close to save it. You will see a note icon beside the test request indicating a note is attached.
Removing Notes
If you need to delete an attached note, the process is just as straightforward:
- Access the Test Requests in a manner similar to adding notes.
- Select the required test request from which you want to remove a note.
- On the ribbon, click Delete Note to remove the note attached to the test request.
