To search for or filter Registration Workflow transactions by GP or date range in EMIS Web, follow these steps:
Access Registration Workflow
Click the EMIS Web menu, point to Workflow, select Workflow Manager, and then choose Registration from the navigation pane. Ensure you have the necessary role-based access, specifically the B1680 Manage Demographic Duplicate Records activity in your RBAC role profile.
Search for Transactions by GP or Date Range
- Within the Registration Workflow, select Actions on the ribbon and choose Search Transactions.
- In the search window, specify the search criteria:
- For GP, click the drop-down icon beside the Usual GP field and select the required GP.
- For date range, set the Start Date and click Use Range, choosing the desired date range.
- Click Search to display transactions matching your criteria in the lower pane.
Post-Search Options
You can either print or save the search results for future reference. To print, click Print and choose your print options. To save, click Save and select the desired folder for storage.
