To link a referral to a problem within EMIS Web, follow these steps:
Access Referrals
Navigate to the EMIS Web menu, point to Care Record, and select Referrals. Ensure you have the patient selected whose referral you are linking to a problem.
Link a Referral to a Problem
- Select the desired referral from the Referrals list.
- In the Detailed View pane, locate the Linked Problems section and click Edit Links.
- In the Care Record Picker screen, check the box beside the corresponding problem(s) you want to associate with the referral.
- Click OK to save the changes. The chosen problem(s) will now be linked to the selected referral, ensuring that all relevant clinical data is connected.
