Filtering Test Requests by User
Access the Test Requests via the Workflow Manager. Within the pane, locate the ribbon. Use the Workflow View option to filter tasks. Here, you can select different users or roles to display tasks assigned specifically to them. This is particularly useful when you are managing tasks for a particular staff member or role.
Sorting Test Requests by Date
Once the relevant test requests are displayed, sort them by clicking on the Date column header in the main pane. You can toggle between ascending and descending order by clicking the header multiple times. This allows you to focus on the most recent or older requests as needed.
