To create an Organisation Group in EMIS Web for GP Connect, follow these steps:
Creating an Organisation Group
- Access the Organisation Configuration by clicking the EMIS Web menu button, hovering over Configuration, and selecting Organisation Configuration.
- Select Organisation Groups from the navigation pane.
- Click Add on the ribbon to open the Add Organisation Group screen.
- Enter the Organisation group name and Description.
- To add an organisation, click the search icon next to the Organisations field.
- Enter the full ODS code into the search box. This will provide a single organisation result.
- Double-click the organisation to add it to the Selected Items pane.
- Repeat the search and select steps until all required organisations are added.
- Click OK to finalise the addition of organisations to the group.
- Click OK again to save the organisation group.

Subscribe to and Link Organisation Groups
- Ensure your organisation is part of at least one Organisation Group to enable GP Connect appointments.
