To manage a Document Management task, sticky notes can be a valuable tool for communication and clarification within EMIS Web. Here’s how to add or remove a sticky note to a task.
Adding a Sticky Note
- Open EMIS Web and navigate to the Workflow Manager.
- In the navigation pane, click on Document Management, then choose either Awaiting Coding or Awaiting Filing, depending on where your document task is.
- Locate and select the relevant document task in the main pane.
- On the toolbar, click Add Note.
- Type your note in the displayed screen and click Close.
Utilising sticky notes on document tasks enhances communication and task management efficiency by offering additional context instantly without opening full documents.
Removing a Sticky Note
- Access the Document Management section as described above.
- Select the document task from which you wish to remove the sticky note.
- Click on the note icon displayed beside the task, then select the option to delete the note.
