Begin by accessing the Document Management module:
- Click the EMIS Web menu button.
- Select Workflow Manager.
- In the navigation pane, click Document Management.
Changing the Task Owner
Within Document Management, locate the tasks awaiting action:
- Select either Awaiting Coding or Awaiting Filing from the navigation pane, depending on the type of task you wish to reassign.
- Documents in the chosen category will appear in the main pane.
- Click on the document task you want to reassign.
- Press Change Owner on the task toolbar.
- From the displayed list, choose a previously selected user/team or click Find User to select from all available users.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
