With increasing volumes of care being delivered remotely, Hero's individual messaging facilitates secure and simple patient communication. Clinicians use Hero to send patients SMS or Email messages, which are then saved to the patient's record.

Patients can be invited to reply to messages, or requested to book via a self-booking link or provide information through a SNOMED coded questionnaire.
