Patient data within EMIS can be filtered and viewed by Problem. Information within the patient record can be lined to specific problems allowing you to see all documents referrals and medication linked to a problem.  

The status of a problem can be minor or significant and can be changed from active to no longer active, can be reactivated.  

Information on any problem is used to populate the medical summary or front page allowing anyone accessing the record to quickly see important and relevant information
