In EMIS's consulting module, you're automatically driven to link your consultation notes to a specific problem. A consultation can capture multiple problems for an individual patient.

When you issue a medication within a consultation, it will be associated with the linked problem. For example, here the paracetamol medication will be linked with the elbow injury:

Within the patient record, you can then see medication linked to the problem:

If you issue a medication directly (and outside of a consultation), you can subsequently link the medication issued to a problem.
