Do you ever want to quickly see your own notes for a given patient record?

The patient record can quickly get filled by notes recorded by other clinicians, external documentation or communication.

By selecting the 'My Consultations' option on the EMIS Consultation ribbon, the list of consultations will be filtered to only show consults where you were the user responsible for creating the entry.
